Job Title: : Reservations/Ticketing Officer(s)
Brief Description : Rank & File Staff
To be assigned at the Operations Department or Tours Department. Prepares airline bookings (international/domestic) of respective clients through the company’s CRS (Abacus or others); Finalizes bookings and issues air tickets; Prepares land arrangements / tour itineraries as assigned.
Qualification Standards: College graduate or with minimum 2 years work experience in air ticket reservations and issuance; must have a demonstrated knowledge of computer reservations system (Abacus or others); not over 30 years old; proficient oral and written communications skills; good interpersonal skills; computer literate
Job Title : Accounting Clerk(s)
Brief Description : Entry Level
Reports directly to the Chief Accountant, Accounting Department. Prepares accurate and timely Billing Invoices of assigned company accounts; Performs other related clerical functions
Qualification Standards: College graduate major in Accounting; between 20-25 years old; experience not necessary; computer literate.
Job Title : Tours Manager
Brief Description : Senior Executive Level
Heads the Tours Department; oversees the day-to-day operations of the department and ensures that the different function areas (i.e., inbound and outbound sections) are smoothly functioning towards achieving their identified key indicators; Identifies problem areas and makes recommendations to management regarding policy position and decisions for all tours related matters.
Qualification Standards: Minimum of five years managerial or supervisory related work experience; Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills; with extensive background in inbound / outbound tours operation of a travel agency; between 28 – 40 years old; computer literate.
